Selling
If you are thinking of selling or needing to sell, follow some very simple rules.
- Speak to the resale company in question.
- Make sure they are current members of the OTE.
- Watch out for cold calls where you have not initiated the contact.
- Do not make any upfront payments for the sale and transfer of the timeshare.
- When advertising, only pay for the advertising of your timeshare, not for the resale agent to promote themselves.
